*Data Protection Agreement – The details you have supplied will be held securely on the RWG database, which is only accessible to nominated members of the committee, the email distributors and the webmaster. The data is only used for communication of information on walks, social events and other activities within the Group. We do not share this data with any third parties.
Members take photographs during walks and some are posted on the RWG website. If any members do not wish to feature, they should advise the photographer on the day. If they appear in error in photos on the website, this will be corrected by the webmaster as soon as possible after advice is received.
